Lucas Logistics, a family business, was set up in 2000 based on a burning interest in transport. And it’s precisely that enthusiasm for the profession and our knowledge and experience, which are growing day-by-day, that we have become a highly motivated organisation offering innovative solutions for logistics needs of every calibre.

Today

Today, our team of 65 specialists in rolling or riding loads (internal transport material, construction machines), transporting consumer goods (also refrigerated) and building materials serves our clients. For a number of clients, we take the hassle out of specialised transport.
In Raamsdonksveer, at the heart of Benelux, where motorways A27 and A59 intersect, we carefully plan each transport operation. You can see our 50 state-of-the-art trucks every day in Benelux, Europe and sometimes even further away, en route to their destinations!

We are constantly working to reduce our ecological footprint. We seek out energy-efficient vehicles for our fleet, train our drivers in green and economical driving techniques, light all 4,000 square metres of our warehouse with energy-efficient LED lamps etc. And we work to build sustainable relationships with our clients through input and flexibility.

    The trucks of today are advanced machines. Our drivers are given refresher training every year to help them navigate busy traffic without stress or hesitation. Aspects such as driving safely and economically, understanding legislation and regulations, securing loads, dealing with aggression in traffic, new vehicle technologies and staying fit as a driver are all covered annually in the refresher training curriculum.
